My Favorite Affirmations 🥰

There are many people in this world that don't believe in affirmation but I Am not one of them. I study millionaires and billionaires and  one thing they have in common is a positive mindset. Most of them use ✨positive affirmations as well. 

 

I use daily positive affirmations in the morning because I believe I am effectively setting my day for productivity, success, and a stress free day by starting out in a positive frame of mind. This also allows me to command my morning in the direction I want it to go. Affirmations reconnects me with my feelings of 🥰thankfulness and gratitude. They also enhance my perspective on the good things in my life. They boosts my happiness, as well as my vibrational frequency. Daily affirmations helps me vibrate in a alignment of abundance.

How I Use Positive Affirmations

  1. I take three deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling to a count of 5.

​

   2. Affirmations are more effective when you say them in front of a mirror          and look yourself in the eyes.

​

   3. Say your affirmations with PASSION and FEELINGS, slowly and clearly.

​

   4. Repeat the affirmation(s) 3-5 times, really focusing on the meaning of           each word.

​

   5. Take another 5 deep breaths, allowing your body to absorb the 

       positive feeling of the affirmation(s).
